Fira gastronòmica de sa patata eivissenca - Ibizan potato gastronomic fair

The yellow-fleshed Ibizan so called red potato has reclaimed its place in recent years thanks to increased farming of this variety. This gastronomic event pays tribute to it on the last Saturday in November in the village of Sant Miquel with a full agenda of activities including food stalls with potato dishes, a cooking competition, traditional dance or ball pagès, an exhibition of Ibizan crafts, live music and children's entertainment.
