Our island has long been accustomed to its role as a holiday destination for families, with years of fun-filled vacations under its belt and children who return anew, this time as parents themselves. The Ibiza Family Moments product was created to highlight a whole range of authentic, safe and inclusive experiences, brought together under the same quality seal, and designed for families of every kind. A direct welcome to Ibiza where parents, children and teens can enjoy some top-class activities, while at the same time ensuring sustainability, local culture and wellbeing.
Mission
Ibiza Family Moments encourages and promotes family tourism in Ibiza, and with its seal ensures that all the companies and business entities, public services, natural spaces, walks, trails and events that make up the product club meet the various needs of different families. For this purpose, the highest standards of quality, inclusiveness and sustainability have been drawn up to which all associates must adhere in order to be part of Ibiza Family Moments. A guarantee that family holidays will not only be fun but also can be enjoyed in safety and comfort.
Criteria
Through its tourism promotion department, the Island Council of Ibiza guarantees that companies, places and any bodies affiliated with the programme meet the essential prerequisites for being a member of Ibiza Family Moments, not only those required of all the entities involved, but also those that are more specific concepts (accommodation, restaurants, leisure and activity companies, ports and sports centres, museums and visitors' centres, trails, tourist offices, beaches and event organisers).
