Benirràs walk / Trail PR-EI-105
From the beach to the beach via a smugglers' cave
This circular walk suitable for families accustomed to mountain hiking offers an all-round experience that includes dips at two beaches, stunning panoramic views of the coast and a visit to the only karst cave open to the public on Ibiza: Cova de Can Marça. The walk begins on the beach of Port de Sant Miquel and heads towards the cave, which you can visit to admire its limestone formations and listen to its stories about smugglers and pirates. The walk to Cala Benirràs affords beautiful views of the coastline and the bay, where you can see the distinctive islet known as Es Cap Bernat. Once you have recharged your batteries, the walk continues through wooded mountain areas to take you back to Port de Sant Miquel.
