Playa d’en Bossa

Bathing, sandcastles and other summer games on Ibiza's longest sandy beach

Families will find crystal-clear waters and a gently shelving seabed at Playa d’en Bossa, which provides a safe and peaceful setting for children to swim. Along its 2,700 metres you will find a wide range of accommodation, restaurants and shops, as well as beach umbrella and sun lounger rental services, children's playgrounds and the possibility of hiring recreational equipment, such as pedalos and kayaks. And if you like walking, the beach offers a pleasant stroll along the shore as far as the southernmost point and the Sa Sal Rossa tower, which in former days protected both the nearby salt flats and the city of Ibiza from attacks from the south. You can also go on boat trips thanks to the regular ferry service that connects Playa d’en Bossa with the port of Ibiza, Ses Figueretes and Formentera.
