Cala Llonga
Just 4 km from the town of Santa Eulària, in the holiday resort of the same name, Cala Llonga is one of Ibiza's most traditional family beaches. Its position at the end of a deep 700-metre-long sea inlet surrounded by steep cliffs makes it an ideal choice if you are travelling with small children: it is sheltered from the winds, has little swell and has so shallow shelving that you have to walk 25 metres out to reach a depth of one metre. Apart from its safety and scenic beauty, it offers great conditions for snorkelling and pedalo trips, as well as children's attractions next to the beach, a wide range of services, and ferry crossings to Es Canar, Santa Eulària, Ibiza and Formentera leaving from its jetty.
